Approval of services for the development of RFPs for SCADA replacement at Holiday and Meadow Park Water Filtration Plants

SUMMARY: Attached is a contract for JR Wauford & Company to develop a Request for Proposal (RFP), review RFPs and provide construction management for the replacement of the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system) at both water filtration plants. The contract also includes a replacement evaluation of the high service pumps at the Holiday Water Plant.
The funds for this project are in the current budget. The Director of Engineering and the Water Resource Director recommend the approval of the contract in an amount not to exceed $48,000.
