SUMMARY: The Upper Cumberland Bigfoot Festival will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021, at the Community Complex, and the committee is requesting the closure of Livingston Road from Bennett Way to Industrial Boulevard for the day, and the closure of Industrial Boulevard from North Main Street to Livingston Road as needed throughout the day to control traffic flow.
