SUMMARY: The work to be performed by Atkins on the Airport Layout Plan (ALP) has been delayed due to the City postponing the obstruction clearing project. It has been estimated by TDOT and Atkins that the project is one year behind schedule.
Staff requests an extension of the Atkins contract to September 5, 2023.
