SUMMARY: Attached is a VERY rough draft of a proposed Site Plan Ordinance for the City of Crossville. Instead of forming an ordinance review committee, staff thought it best for the Planning Commission to be the review committee. Staff is not requesting a recommendation of approval, but just a review of the rough draft and direction to move forward. The current plan is to have the Planning Commission review the draft, make changes, bring it back to the Planning Commission at the December meeting, then make a recommendation to City Council in January.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Review the rough draft of the ordinance and make comments
