SUMMARY: Staff requests the approval of a grant contract with TDOT Aeronautics in the amount $18,900 with 100% federal funding, for the preliminary design study for the terminal building. The study will address the ADA compliance, enlarging the restrooms, expanding the meeting and classroom areas and other space concerns.
